At one point in\u00a0the early 1980&#8217;s the company I worked for asked me to open a new territory in St. Cloud Minnesota. There I met T.T. Liang. He was 86 years old at the time and in St. Cloud with his wife because his daughter was a graduate student at St. Cloud State University. I loved TT!\u00a0 I studied with him and Stuart (his number one), for quite some time. I learned his 150 movement long form, Tai Chi Sword and Push hands.\u00a0 The best learning was that of\u00a0wisdom from TT.\u00a0 I currently teach Tai Chi to a couple of students. I do not charge for lessons. \u00a0I am still learning about Tai Chi and always will be.\u00a0 It is a long\u00a0term, life time, study.\u00a0 If you think about it, it took most of us a couple of years to really begin to master walking and running and skipping and hopping.<\/p>\n<p>Tai Chi has been shown to help with many things: reduced stress, anxiety and depression, enhanced mood, balance, arthritis, pain control, cognitive effects of chemotherapy, depression in the elderly, bone health and inflammation in postmenopausal women.
