Maxwell Cade believed that this therapeutic effect was due to the shift from sympathetic to parasympathetic activity which resulted from the reduction in sensory input.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>My experience persuades me of the necessity of flowing\u00a0with the events.\u00a0 When someone shows symptoms of illness, the body calls for rejuvenation, to rejuvenate requires shutting down some systems and re-routing the energy.\u00a0 The shutdown increases body temperature, makes us aware of the state of the body through sending our brain pain information. We feel tired and feverish, we know we are ill. Go with it.
