My mission is to help people make a lasting, positive change in their lives. I think everyone is unique and benefits from a unique approach. There is no such thing as hypnosis enforcing upon another a particular goal. All hypnosis is really self hypnosis. So what is the purpose of a hypnotherapist? Making a change in life is like moving a couch. It is so much easier if someone helps you. Especially if they have the tools. I was licensed in 1993 and I was certain of the power of a hypnotic trance to help people in a myriad of ways.
We all have struggled with things we want to change about ourselves. Sometimes the change is easy and sometimes it is a massive struggle that seems insurmountable. Try as we will, there is no progress. We wonder why were stuck. And, when we do find the wisdom of experiences, then recorded into our deep consciousness, we have yet to learn, to exhibit the compassion. But in time we will be compassion because we have the wisdom and the experience. Hypnotherapy in some ways is about discovering the lesson in the experiences, embracing the wisdom, and being compassionate and loving to self and others, and, along the way eliminating the problem you brought to the session.
Hypnotherapy is a rapid therapy often but not always. Everyone has their own time schedule that seems reasonable for healing change to take place.
I serve clients with hypnosis and hypnotherapy in Western Washington, especially cities such as Olympia Wa., Tumwater, Lacey, Tacoma, and Yelm in the counties of Thurston, Mason, Lewis and Pierce.
